  The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $ 67,000 - $98,450 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
  
  Tasks and Qualifications:
  
  What You Will Do in This Role:
  
  
  • Lead daily meetings to communicate data-driven goals and assignments.
  • Supervise all rush/must ship orders and ensure shipping guidelines are met.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or potential issues promptly.
  • Take charge of training and safety measures as outlined by company standards.
  • Follow outbound shipping requirements for customers and eliminate any delays.
  • Communicate crafting needs by order/item and ensure accurate guidelines are followed.
  • Establish and maintain accurate facility cleaning guidelines; supervise daily.
  • Assist in discrepancy and disciplinary actions as vital.
  • Monitor facility equipment and supplies, reporting non-compliance issues accordingly.
  • Maintain product stock within the facility, ensuring stock is safely and accurately located.
    
    What We are Looking For:
    
    We are seeking an exceptionally driven individual with a proven track record in a warehouse environment. Your ability to lead a team of warehouse/shipping/receiving employees will be crucial to our continued success. You will excel in this role if you possess:
    
    
    • Demonstrated ability working in a warehouse environment.
    • Proven track record to lead a team of warehouse/shipping/receiving employees.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. A College Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • Ability to complete detailed oral and written instructions.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel required. SAP experience preferred.
    • Forklift certification is helpful.
