We're growing our team here in Marion, AR:Starting Compensation: $20.00 / hour Shifts: Multiple Shifts Available. Specific days and shifts will be discussed during the in-person interview. Position Type: Full-Time About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

• Monitor security cameras Your background:
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • You're able to pass an extensive screening process
  • MUST have 6 months prior Military or Law Enforcement Security experience
  • MUST have your own security equipment (weapon, ammunition and duty belt.)
  • MUST be 21 years old or older
  • Have a armed security license or ability to obtain one if required.
  • Valid form of ID (driver's license, social security or birth certificate.)
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
