Job Description:

• Specialty: Adult Neurology
• Type of Position: Permanent F/T
• Shift/Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Work Hours: Mon-Thur (8AM - 5PM) & Friday (8AM - 2:30PM)
• Call Schedule 1:4 (24 hour weekend call; hospital consults and rounding for 2 hospitals 30 mins apart. Mainly daytime rounding. Minimal night call)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Facility Type Private Practice
• Clinical Setting Outpatient
• Patients Per day: 25-30
• Procedures required: EEG required. EMG is a plus.
• Support Staff: 5 dedicated Mid-level support staff.
• Credentialing Time Frame: 60 - 90 days
• Location: 2 office locations; 25 minutes apart from each other
• Additional Location Information: (if applicable)
• Credentialing and Licensing Requirements: MS and TN medical license (licensing assistance available)
• Board Certification in what specialty? Neurology
• Willing to accept new grad or Board Eligible candidate? Yes
• Willing to wait for State Medical License? Yes

• Total compensation range: Total comp including incentives $400-450K depending on productivity
