Laboratory Manager, Core Lab (Day Shift) - Memphis, TN - Permanent and Full-Time Hire - CLICK AND APPLY NOW! Day Shift Schedule Manages and coordinates laboratory activities across all ambulatory practice sites to ensure test procedures, services and clinical information are in compliance with organizational, federal, state and all regulatory agencies standards / requirements, to provide accurate and timely test results. Works collaboratively with the staff in coordination & management of patient care to integrate laboratory activities & services. Performs variety of general & laboratory specific administrative duties. Manages workflow, quality, laboratory budgets, laboratory projects, conflicts, and organizes & participates in meetings. Assists leadership to develop objectives, policies, procedures and standards of operations to improve work efficiencies and quality. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent experience Required.
• State Licensure as Medical Technologist (Lab Supervisor) Upon Hire Required
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Medical Technologist Required.
