Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Support Engineer (OCI).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver post-sales support and solutions to customers, acting as their advocate
Resolve technical and non-technical customer inquiries related to Oracle products
Research and develop solutions to customer issues independently

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or relevant work experience
6+ years of experience in an infrastructure or cloud-related field
In-depth knowledge of cloud computing and networking
Experience with public-cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Prior experience in a technical support role
